Quality Control System

From Material to Delivery — Quality at Every Step

Zhuocheng operates a structured quality control system certified to ISO 9001:2015. Every production order follows a five-stage quality process — ensuring every part meets drawing requirements.

Quality Process

5-Stage Quality Control Process

Quality is built into every stage — not just inspected at the end.

  1. 01 Before Production

    Incoming Material (IQC)

Verify material compliance before it enters production.

    • Material certificates (MTC)
    • Grade and specification check
    • Dimensions and appearance
    • Batch record for traceability
  2. 02 Before Mass Production

    First Article (FAI)

Fully verify the first part against the drawing.

    • All drawing dimensions
    • Critical features check
    • Machining parameters confirmed
    • Sample approved before run
  3. 03 During Production

    In-Process (IPQC)

Monitor quality throughout the production run.

    • Sampling plan inspection
    • Tool wear monitoring
    • Process parameter control
    • Critical tolerance checks
  4. 04 Before Delivery

    Final Inspection (OQC)

Inspect every lot before it leaves the factory.

    • Final dimensional check
    • Appearance and finish
    • Quantity verification
    • Packaging confirmation
  5. 05 Full Records

    Traceability System

Keep a complete record trail for audits and reviews.

    • Drawing version
    • Material batch number
    • Date and equipment
    • Inspection records

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your quality control process?

Every order follows five stages: IQC (incoming material), FAI (first article), IPQC (in-process), OQC (final inspection), and full traceability — all under ISO 9001:2015.

Do you perform First Article Inspection (FAI)?

Yes. FAI is standard before production proceeds. All critical dimensions and features are verified against drawing requirements.

Can you provide inspection reports?

Yes. Dimensional inspection report, FAI report, material certificate, surface treatment report and final inspection report are available. Sample reports (with sensitive info removed) can be provided for supplier evaluation.

How do you handle non-conforming parts?

Non-conforming parts are segregated and documented. Root cause analysis is performed and corrective actions implemented. Quality-related rework or replacement is provided free of charge.

Do you offer traceability?

Yes. Every order is traceable from material batch to production date, equipment, inspection records and operator information.
