CNC Turning for Industrial Precision Components

Flexible Multi-Axis Turning for Larger Diameter Parts

Zhuocheng provides CNC turning for larger diameter precision components that fall outside the Swiss-type range. With multi-axis CNC lathes, we produce shafts, flanges, rings, housings and custom turned parts to customer drawings — supporting prototype through mass production.

Why CNC Turning?

Why CNC Turning?

Understanding when and why to choose cnc turning for your parts.

  • Flexible Diameter Range

CNC turning handles larger diameters that Swiss-type machines cannot — from Ø10 mm up to Ø200 mm.

  • Multi-Axis Capability

3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC lathes enable complex profiles, tapers and multi-diameter geometries in one setup.

  • Prototype to Mass Production

Bar feed and chuck jaw capacity support everything from single prototypes to high-volume production runs.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What diameter range can you turn?

Typical turning diameter is Ø10–200 mm. For diameters outside this range, please send the drawing for review.

Can you combine turning and milling on the same part?

Yes. Our turn-mill centers can perform turning, milling, drilling and tapping in one setup.

What is the typical tolerance?

Typical tolerance is ±0.01 mm, drawing-dependent. Tighter tolerances may be achievable depending on geometry and material.

Do you support mass production?

Yes. We support prototype, pilot batch and mass production with stable setups and process control.

What materials can you machine?

Stainless steel, carbon/alloy steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and titanium. Other materials can be reviewed.
