Plastic Spur Gears
Straight-tooth plastic gears for low-noise, lightweight drive applications.
Plastic Gears for Lightweight, Low-Noise Applications
Custom plastic gears manufactured to your drawings. Built for weight reduction, noise dampening, corrosion resistance and cost-effective production.
1 / 1
Each part is made to customer drawings, not from a standard catalog.

Straight-tooth plastic gears for low-noise, lightweight drive applications.

Helical plastic gears for smoother engagement and higher load capacity.

Plastic worm wheels for compact right-angle drives with low friction.

Small-diameter plastic pinion gears for driving larger gears or racks.

Plastic bevel gears for right-angle drive applications.

Non-standard plastic gears manufactured from customer drawings.
Our products serve industries that demand precision, reliability and repeat production.
Small drive mechanisms and component positioning
Low-noise instrument drives and disposable mechanisms
Appliance drives, toys and household mechanisms
Interior mechanisms and non-load-bearing drives
Corrosion-free gears for food-grade and wash-down environments

Common materials include POM (Delrin), PEEK, Nylon (PA66), PTFE, UHMW-PE and PC/ABS. Material selection depends on load, speed, temperature and chemical environment.
Yes. For high-volume programs, we can support injection molding. For prototypes and low volumes, we machine from bar stock.
Plastic gears are suitable for moderate-speed, low-to-medium load applications. For high-speed or high-load applications, metal gears are recommended.
Yes. Glass-fiber reinforced nylon and PEEK can be used for higher strength and stiffness. Specify the reinforcement requirement on your drawing.
Send us your drawing with module, material, tooth count and quantity. Our engineering team will review and recommend the appropriate plastic gear manufacturing process.
